1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Atomy BD Mart website and any related services. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 About Atomy BD Mart

Atomy BD Mart is the authorised online shopping platform for Atomy products in Bangladesh, operated under licence from Atomy Co., Ltd., Republic of Korea. The platform offers Atomy’s range of health, beauty, personal care, and household products to registered Members and Distributors.

3 Membership & Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To become an Atomy Member or Distributor, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Atomy BD Mart is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Distributor Agreement

Becoming a Distributor is subject to a separate Distributor Agreement, Atomy’s Code of Ethics, and the applicable Compensation Plan. All three documents form part of the binding agreement between you and Atomy BD Mart.

4 Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information

5 Orders & Payment

5.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and our written confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5.2 Payment Methods

5.3 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further options.

6 Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery is available within Bangladesh to addresses accessible by our logistics partners
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days for standard delivery
• Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address

7 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the Atomy name, logo, product images, text, and design — is the property of Atomy Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 8 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Make false or misleading claims about Atomy products or the business opportunity
• Engage in pyramid scheme practices, exaggerated income claims, or misleading recruitment

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, Atomy BD Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
