Return and Refund Policy
1 Our Commitment
At Atomy BD Mart, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.
2 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

3 Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened health supplements, consumable food products, or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered from their original condition
- Items from promotional bundles where the bundle has been partially used
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Products whose original packaging, labels, or seals have been removed or damaged
4 How to Request a Return
- Contact our Customer Service within the eligible timeframe via email or phone, providing your Order ID, the product(s) concerned, and the reason for return.
- Provide supporting evidence such as photos or videos of the defective or incorrect product.
- Receive return authorisation. Do not return products without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include your Order ID slip inside the parcel.
- Return shipment: For defective or incorrect products, we cover the cost of return pickup. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
5 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection within 3–5 working days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method
- For mobile banking refunds (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), please allow up to 5 working days
- Store credit, if chosen, will be applied to your account immediately upon approval
6 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
7 Distributor Purchases
Distributors who wish to return products for business closure reasons should refer to the Distributor Agreement and Atomy Policies & Procedures for specific terms applicable to commercial returns and inventory buy-back provisions.
