Is cash on delivery available across Bangladesh?
Yes, cash on delivery is available in most areas, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and other major districts. For a few remote locations, we may ask for advance payment by bKash or Nagad. If so, this is shown clearly at checkout.
Why are your prices different from Atomy’s Korean or UK stores?
Our prices include import, currency conversion and local delivery costs. They may differ slightly from international listings, but you get the same genuine product without the hassle of importing it yourself.
Delivery and shipping
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes. We deliver across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and all major districts in Bangladesh. Dhaka orders usually arrive fastest, while other districts may take a little longer depending on courier coverage in your area.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Dhaka usually arrive within 1–2 business days. Deliveries to Chittagong, Sylhet and other districts usually take 2–4 business days, depending on the courier and your location.
Is there a delivery charge?
The delivery charge depends on your location and order size, and is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We sometimes run free delivery offers, so keep an eye on our homepage.
How can I track my order?
