Are the products 100% original?
Yes — every product sold on Atomy BD Mart is sourced directly from Atomy Korea through official channels. We are an authorized third-party official seller, which means you get the same genuine product sold on uk.atomy.com and other official Atomy platforms worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Bangladesh within 24–48 hours for Dhaka city, and 2–4 business days for other districts including Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, and Khulna. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, Nagad, Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Card, and Bank Transfer. COD is available across all major districts. For large orders, we recommend bKash or bank transfer for faster processing.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
